Looking for the perfect way to celebrate a birthday, graduation, or family get-together?
Whether you’re 5 or 15, nothing says “party” quite like a pool party! Celebrate your special day at Bethania Aquatic Centre in one of our comfortable shaded areas overlooking the pool – a relaxed, easy-going setting for families and friends to gather. The Splash & Play Party is booked as a 3 hour slot for a minimum of 10 children and includes two hours of dedicated seating with shared pool access, entry for the kids plus adult spectators, a reserved table and chairs, and a party bag and juice box for everyone. Duration
The Splash & Play Party at Bethania Aquatic Centre is booked as a 3 hour slot, which includes 2 hours of dedicated seating and shared access to the pool. If you’d like more party time, you can add an Extra Party Hour for $100.00 when you book online.
Booking Guidelines
- All parties must have adult supervision at all times.
- All children 5 and under must be within arm’s reach at all times while in the water, and children aged 10 and under must be actively watched at all times.
- A minimum of 10 children applies to all party bookings.
- Pool access is shared – your booking does not include exclusive use of the pool.

What is included?
Every party at Bethania Aquatic Centre includes:
- 3 hours of facility access, with 2 hours of dedicated seating
- Child access, plus access for adult spectators
- A reserved seated area including table and chairs, in a shaded spot overlooking the pool
- A party bag and juice box for each child
Party food options can be added on when you book.
What is the cost of a party?
The Bethania Splash & Play Party is $180.00, with a minimum of 10 children.
Optional extras you can add when booking online:
- $12.00 – Add an extra party guest
- $100.00 – Extra party hour
- $55.00 – Party platter, party pies & sausage rolls
- $5.00 – Peters ice cream of choice
- $2.00 – Slushee upgrade
What if I need to add extra guests to the list after I have booked?
Additional guests or siblings can pay for an access armband on the day of the party at the pool reception. If you aren’t 100% sure on numbers when you book, you are welcome to purchase additional wristbands at reception on the day.
Cancellations
All applications to cancel, amend a date or request a refund on any booking must be made with 48 hours notice and will incur a $100 processing fee (non-refundable). Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or to enquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
